Annastasia has over 15 years’ experience working in customer-facing project management roles including diary and resource management of clients and internal teams.
She has strong organisational skills, is adept at managing a high volume of competing priorities within a fast paced, brand-focused, international environment, and is accustomed to working with high-profile, demanding individuals and teams.
She is client-focused, builds strong working relationships and prides herself on being a credible and trusted resource.
Annastasia joined the team at David Goldstone in June 2021. Prior to this she spent five years with Korn Ferry as a Senior Project / Resource Coordinator.
David has worked in executive search since 1995, a career spanning 25 years, with authenticity and optimism.
In early 2020 he launched David Goldstone Associates so he could offer clients a bespoke and personal service with a more integrated offering.
David’s experience covers a diverse mix of senior roles, organisations and sectors. His network of business leaders has been carefully curated over 25 years.
David was recently Managing Director of Osprey Clarke, the executive search firm, which he joined in 2002. In 2003 he successfully took the business into Penrhyn International, now ranked as a top 10 global network of independent search firms. David also launched Osprey Clarke Interim Executives (now an IIM Gold rated business), Osprey Clarke Emerging Markets and Pandion Research.
In 2005, as a founding partner David helped to establish Not Actively Looking, a market disrupting candidate management system now regarded as an industry standard. He previously worked at Norman Broadbent, where he led the European TMT practice across 7 offices internationally, and HW Group (now part of Hudson), where he specialised in professional services.
In addition, David offers pro-bono executive search work to the not-for-profit sector. He has recruited several CEOs, Trustees and Chairs for a range of charities.
Constantly fascinated by people and their individual journeys, David’s work has allowed him to indulge his lifelong passion.
Jim is a seasoned leadership development professional with a passion for helping people and organisations grow. He joined the firm because of his long working relationship with David and their shared values of personalised, high quality and innovative solutions.
He has over 30 years of experience advising FTSE 100 and Fortune 500 CEOs, management teams and Boards of Directors across industry sectors in the UK, Middle East, Northern Europe and the Americas.
In 2016 he joined Deloitte as the Partner responsible for their Leadership and Talent Practice, which he led for 4 years.
Jim moved into leadership and talent solutions as CEO for Capital H Group and the Centre for High Performance Development in 2008. He was headhunted in 2010 to lead Korn Ferry Leadership and Talent Consulting across the UK, North Europe and the Middle East. From 2014 to 2016 Jim ran the UK and North Europe regions for Hay Group; a pure play human capital consultancy where he was instrumental in developing their business leading to their acquisition by Korn Ferry.
Jim spent his early career in the energy and utilities sector, initially in consulting as an associate partner for Accenture and then as UK MD for a new entrant renewable energy company, which he built and then sold in late 2008. He is a lawyer and psychologist by training, and a frequent speaker and author in leadership development.
Innately curious about what makes people tick, Jim is committed to helping them see and reach their potential, and make a difference in their organisations.

Marcial has been finding talent for over fifteen years. He has worked for, and partnered with a broad range of executive search firms from international organisations to specialist boutiques. He has also run his own firm. He is driven by the provision of quality service; designing and then delivering the appropriate solution for a search given its specific context.
Marcial’s track record in Executive Search spans appointments for non-executive advisors, CEOs and for many other C-suite and functional leaders across Sales, Marketing, Finance, Legal, Customer success, and Technology.
In recent years, Marcial has enjoyed advising start-ups on critical hiring to support growth. Has particularly strong expertise in digital and high-tech businesses, financial services, and legal/professional services firms. In addition to Executive Search assignments, he has also delivered confidential talent assignments such as due diligence projects, talent market maps, and talent pipelining exercises.
Marcial has been part of David Goldstone Associates’ family since 2021.
Sarah is a seasoned recruitment, development and assessment professional with over 20 years of experience.
With an ability to provide an excellent candidate and client experience through the recruitment journey, she has delivered assignments across a variety of sectors, from safeguarding in the premier league to senior level appointments in the automotive industry.
In addition to her role as a recruiter, Sarah has a wealth of experience in assessment and development as an associate in the public and private sector, developing competency frameworks as well as designing, facilitating and delivering assessments at a senior level.
Sarah joined David Goldstone in September 2020.
